We are multi-service company who BUYS, REPAIRS, MANAGES and SELLS homes.

Our company is owned and operated by local investors with the purpose of providing Creative Real Estate Solutions'. We are not agents, nor are we associated with real estate companies.

We work with buyers who want to secure a home, live in it now and want to explore all the options of how, when and what type of financing they will get to buy the home.

All types of Buyers and Situations

We work with all types of buyers and situations. Some may need time to alleviate a shortage of down payment, some may need time to solve credit issues. After our 'Tenant Buyers' move in we work with the lenders to get them pre-qualified so they can qualify for a new loan when they buy the property.

This gives us a very large pool of buyers who make great clients and allows us to buy and sell very quickly.

If you meet our criteria we may be interested in either offering you 'Rent-to-Own or Financing for your own home.
